Our team starts with our founder, Oscar Rodriguez. Oscar founded Oscar’s Cooling and Heating in 2009 on one simple principle, love your customer! That was the founding principle and something the whole team emulates to this day. In 2016 Oscar was no longer able to sustain the business on his own and turned to his brother, Trini Rodriguez, to help with the overflow of work. In 2019, Trini came to work for Oscar’s full time as a partner. From there the company blossomed to what it is today. Many more family members have joined the team since and we have now expanded into the Phoenix area with a solid team led by Rafael Canizales that emulates the same principle.
Nuestro Equipo empieza con Oscar Rodriguez, nuestro fundador. Oscar inicio este negocio en el 2009 con un simple principio, amor al cliente! Este fue el principio y sigue siendo el principio en cual esta compania valora hoy. En el 2016 Oscar ya no pudo sostener el negocio solo y lo acompaño su hermano, Trini Rodriguez para ayudarlo con tanto trabajo que se iba amontonando. Desde ese entonces, el negocio ha crecido a donde hoy ha llegado. Muchos mas miembros de la familia han empezado en el negocio tambien y hemos tambien empezado hacer negocio con el mismo principio en Phoenix con otro gran equipo dirigido por Rafael Canizales.
